Fees and Tuition Schedule for the 2008 / 2009 School Year

Please find the following fees and tuition for Del Mar Academy for the 2008 / 2009 school year.
 
We would like to remind you that you are contractually obligated for tuition for the entire school year, from October 2008 through July 2009, regardless of your child’s actual attendance. Although our tuition is an annual one, we offer semi-annual and monthly tuition payment options.
 
Please be advised that tuition and fees are re-evaluated on a yearly basis; therefore, it may be necessary (at the beginning of a new school year) to increase tuition and fees due to the increased cost of living and operational expenses, and in order to maintain a high caliber program.

FEES:

Matriculation Fee: This non-refundable, yearly fee of US$ 650.00 ($450 for the Toddler Program) ensures Del Mar Academy’s continual commitment to excellence. These fees are used for maintenance, replacement and expansion of available educational materials, as well as specialty programs that enhance the total development of the child. It also goes toward the many purpose-made, individualized books that your child will use during the school year, all school supplies (pencils, paper, markers, Duo-Tangs, etc.), Spanish / English writing books. The Enrichment Programs fee is due by June 15th, 2008 for students currently enrolled at Del Mar Academy, (this fee is due along with the submission of the 'Enrollment Contract' for new students of Del Mar Academy).
 
 
Late Fees: Tuition is due on the first of every month. For every day after the 5th of the month, there will be a US$ 25.00 per day late charge fee.

TUITION:
 
Lower and Upper Elementary Program (6-12 year olds):
 
8:30 am – 3:00 pm
 
Annual: One payment of US$ 6,420.00 due on or before September 1st, 2008. (Annual payments for new students will be due on or before July 1st, 2008.)
Semi-Annual: Two equal payments of US$ 3370.00, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students), and the second is due on March 1, 2009
*Monthly: Ten equal payments of US$ 675.00, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students).
 
 
Casa Program (FULLY toilet-trained 3-6 year olds):

FULL DAY (8:30 am – 3:00 pm)
 
Annual: One payment of US$ 6,420.00 due on or before September 1st, 2008. (Annual payments for new students will be due on or before July 1st, 2008.)
Semi-Annual: Two equal payments of US$ 3370.00, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students), and the second is due on March 1, 2009
*Monthly: Ten equal payments of US$ 675.00, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students).
 
HALF-DAY (8:30 am – 11:30 am) THREE YEAR OLD AGE LIMIT
 
Annual: One payment of US$ 4600.00 due on or before September 1st, 2008. (Annual payments for new students will be due on or before July 1st, 2008).
Semi-Annual: Two equal payments of US$ 2410.00, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students), and the second is due on March 1st, 2009.
*Monthly: Ten equal payments of US$ 495.00 each, the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008 (on or before July 1st, 2008 for new students).

Toddler Program (age 16-36 months):

 
4 HALF-DAYS (8:30 am – 11:30 am) THREE YEAR OLD AGE LIMIT
 
Annual: One payment of US$ 4000.00 due on or before September 1st, 2008.
Semi-Annual: Two equal payments of $2150.00, the first payment due on or before September 1st, 2008 and the second is due on March 1st, 2009.
*Monthly: Ten equal payments of $440.00 the first of which is due on or before September 1st, 2008.
