Our students take a field trip within Nosara so they can learn more about their environment and to reinforce what they learn in the classroom. Our field trips are fun but also very educational. In the near future we will start visiting more special places within the Guanacaste Province.

These are some of the local activities the students will enjoy:

• Observing the tidal pools in Playa Pelada
• Observing marine life in Playa Guiones
• Comparing the beaches of Pelada and Guiones
• A trip to the local waterfalls
  Watching the turtles nest and hatch in Playa Ostional
• A nature walk at the Wildlife Preserve
• Visiting the local Yoga Institute
• Cooking lessons at a local restaurant
• A trip to town to learn about the community and economics.
